Services are available to individuals aged 18 and older, or minors with verifiable parental/guardian consent. Access to the website and bookings requires agreement to these terms, with the right reserved to restrict or terminate access for misuse, such as fraudulent activity or violation of professional boundaries.​

Services Provided

Holistico Wellness offers remote, virtual sessions focused on holistic support for trauma, grief, life transitions, and sports psychology/mental performance. Sessions occur online via secure platforms; no in-person services are provided. Availability, duration, and customisation depend on mutual agreement during intake.

Booking and Payments

Bookings are made via the website or email (nthabeleng@holisticowellness.co.za), with an optional free 15-minute consultation. Fees are payable via EFT; rates are provided upon inquiry and may be adjusted with notice. Cancellations require a 24-hour notice; late fees or forfeited sessions apply otherwise.​

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to engage honestly, attend sessions punctually, maintain confidentiality of shared insights, and avoid recording sessions without consent. Use of services does not substitute emergency medical care. Please seek immediate help for crises via South African helplines.​

Limitations and Disclaimers

Services aim to support mental well-being but offer no guarantees of outcomes. No warranties are provided beyond ethical standards; Nthabeleng is not liable for indirect damages. Changes to services may occur with notice, subject to ASCHP guidelines.​

Intellectual Property

Website content, including descriptions of holistic counselling, sports psychology techniques, and wellness resources, is owned by Holistico Wellness. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; reproduction requires written consent.​

Termination Rights

Either party may terminate the relationship with notice. Holistico Wellness reserves the right to end services for ethical breaches, non-payment, or safety concerns, refunding unused portions where applicable.​

Governing Law and Updates

These terms are governed by South African law, with disputes resolved in Gauteng courts. Continued use implies acceptance.
