Holistico Wellness is a Johannesburg-based online counselling practice dedicated to holistic support for mind, body, and spirit. Led by a registered wellness counsellor with expertise in qualitative research, sports psychology, and trauma-informed care, the practice emphasises building authentic, trusting relationships to foster resilience and sustainable balance.​

My Story

I founded Holistico Wellness from a simple yet profound belief: everyone needs a compassionate sounding board—a safe space to freely toss around thoughts, ideas, and emotions without judgment. This drive grew from my own path in qualitative research and wellness, recently enriched by my immersion in the world of sports, where I embraced mental performance coaching to unlock peak resilience for athletes and everyday challengers alike. Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, major life transitions, or seeking a once-off chat, I’m here as your companion

What to Expect

Sessions unfold online via online meeting platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, WhatsApp Video, etc. (60 minutes for individuals at R400), accessible from anywhere with stable internet. No travel needed. Just come as you are, perhaps with a journal for reflection. I offer an optional free 15-minute consultation; a direct booking is also available if you prefer to dive right in.

What We Do

At Holistico Wellness, I offer personalised counselling and mental performance coaching to help athletes, professionals, and individuals build resilience, manage stress, and reach their goals with clarity and confidence.

Whether it’s performance anxiety, burnout, grief, or wanting to improve focus and emotional flexibility, my sessions are designed to give you practical tools and deeper self-awareness that actually work in real life. The aim isn’t just to “feel better” in the moment, but to equip you with repeatable strategies so you can handle challenges on your own.

How it Helps You:

  • Gain clarity around what’s holding you back (stress, negative self-talk, blocks around performance or relationships).

  • Develop practical mental skills: focus, emotional regulation, self-talk, and recovery strategies that support both performance and wellbeing.

  • Create a realistic, client-led plan that aligns with your values, goals, and lifestyle, so change actually sticks.

  • Feel more in control, less overwhelmed, and more confident in high-pressure situations, whether in sport, work, or personal life.

Service Details:

  • Type of service: 1:1 online counselling & mental performance coaching (via video call).

  • Duration: Sessions are 60 minutes long.

  • Frequency: Most clients start with weekly or fortnightly sessions, adjusted over time as progress is made.

  • Pricing (South African Rand):

    • Individual session: R400 per session.

    • Package (4 sessions): R1400 (R350 per session, saves R200).

  • Location: Online only; Sessions are currently not conducted in‑person.

What to Expect in a Session:

Your first session is a discovery conversation: we’ll talk about what brings you to counselling, what you’re struggling with, and what “better” looks like for you. From there, we’ll build a simple, practical plan that fits your life and goals.

Sessions are confidential, non-judgmental, and grounded in evidence-based approaches (including REBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, and sports psychology frameworks). I work with you as a partner, not as an “expert telling you what to do”.

How to book

Booking is simple:

  1. Send a short message via email saying a bit about what you’re looking for.

  2. I’ll reply with my current availability and next steps to schedule a session or a free 15-minute consultation.

  3. Once we agree on a time, I’ll send payment details and a consent form.

  4. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been made and the consent form has been signed and returned.

  5. After that, you’ll receive a meeting link and reminder for your scheduled appointment.
